There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 10:00 AM, March 23, 2020. Meet at the school’s main administrative office, “A” wing. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.

Informal Bidding in Your Area

Informal bidding does not require formal advertising. Instead, the agency may elect to maintain a list of qualified contractors to whom the agency may solicit bids from. The project values will range, but not to exceed $175,000. The agency must advertise for the inclusion of contractors on their lists, to be updated annually.
