Fresno County Sheriff Area 2 Substation

The work to be done consists of construction of a new Sheriff Substation, a Vehicle and Evidence Storage building, parking lot and associated site improvements. The project consists of steel-framed, single-story buildings of approximately 22,700 square feet for the Sheriff Substation and 35,520 square feet for the Vehicle and Evidence Storage building on a site of approximately 6.5 acres.

Bid Opportunity - SJSU Spartan Athletics Center

San Jose State, CA

Webcor Builders has put out a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from all qualified trade subcontractors and DVBE subcontractors interested in bidding on San Jose State University's approximate 65,000 GSF multi-story athletics Center located on the existing Spartans Stadium site. The project design, including bridging documents for Design Build Trades (DB) is in process. Anticipated start of Construction is May 2021.


Trade Subcontractors shall submit prequalification documentation no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 6, 2020.

Informal bidding does not require formal advertising. Instead, the agency may elect to maintain a list of qualified contractors to whom the agency may solicit bids from. The project values will range, but not to exceed $175,000. The agency must advertise for the inclusion of contractors on their lists, to be updated annually.
