It's 2020 and we decided to fulfill a long-term resolution as an Association: create a new website for our contractor members and industry partners that better serve their needs.

Negotiations: We Want to Hear from You
The Northern California Painters Master Agreement expires June 30, 2020. We want to be sure we do our due diligence and fulfill our obligation to best represent your business during contract negotiations with District Council 16.
To do that, we need to hear from you, our contractor members. Over the next few months we will be reaching out to get feedback but the sooner we hear from you, the better chance we have to do research and develop language in preparation for the beginning of negotiations.

Free Online Harassment Training Now Available
NCAT/NCPFC is now providing free online harassment training to our contractor members for their labor workforce and office staff to help meet the requirements of SB 778.
The new law requires companies with 5 or more employees (previously it was for companies with 50 or more employees) to provide 2-hour harassment training for supervisory employees and 1-hour training to non-supervisory employees by January 1, 2021 and every two years thereafter.
