Congratulations to the 2024 Stephen Thompson Scholarship Winners!

We are pleased to announce the 2024 Stephen Gerard Thompson Scholarship winners! The scholarship was established in 2017 in honor of Stephen Gerard Thompson who served as an NCPFC Board member and painting industry leader in the San Francisco-Bay Area region. 

Each scholarship recipient will receive a scholarship check for $5,000. After careful review, the NCPFC Scholarship Committee selected the following six (6) scholarship award winners:

2024 Scholarship Winners
  • Deanna Gonzalez attends Adrian's Beauty College and is majoring in Cosmetology.
  • Victoria Lasch attends University of California, Davis and is getting a Master’s in Viticulture and Enology.
  • Olivia Madden attends San Diego State University and is majoring in Communications with a minor in Classical Studies.
  • Aliyanna Ralls attends San Diego State University and is majoring in Psychology.
  • Dominic Silver attends University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is majoring in PGA Business Management.
  • Gino Talavera-Ramos attends Los Medanos College and is majoring in Business Administration.

The Scholarship Committee would like to thank all the applicants for taking the time to apply for this year’s scholarship award and wishes them all much success with their college efforts.
