Each year, the NCPFC Stepping Up Awards celebrate the outstanding union painters who go above and beyond, demonstrating leadership, craftsmanship, safety, and pride in their work. These awards honor individuals who embody what it means to be a true professional in the finishing trades.
Nominees and award recipients exemplify the best of our industry. They:

- Demonstrate exemplary leadership on and off the job site
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, safety record, performance, and client relations
