Thank you to everyone who attended our Leadership Lunch for Women in Construction: Resiliently Efficient — Thriving Amidst Chaos. This year marked the third year of hosting this special event, and we were thrilled to welcome everyone for an afternoon of learning, connection, and shared experiences.
This session explored:
- How resilience and efficiency work hand-in-hand
- The risks organizations face when efficiency is pushed too far
- Early warning signs that systems or teams are under strain
- A practical framework for balancing adaptability and performance in unpredictable environments
We also brought the concepts to life with a lively Jenga exercise, giving everyone a hands-on way to experience the tension between stability, pressure, and smart decision-making. It was fun, eye-opening, and a great conversation starter.
